Training may be delivered through in-person classes, live-fire training, workshops, online instruction, memberships, events, and educational resources.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or registering for services you confirm that:

from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in training, events, or services provided by NRD.
This includes claims arising from:
Negligence
Accidents
Equipment malfunction
Third-party actions
Environmental hazards
Participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in training activities and assume responsibility for their own safety.
- Class Registration and Participation
When registering for classes or training events you agree that:
All information provided during registration is accurate
You meet the prerequisites for the class
You will follow all instructor safety rules and range procedures
NRD reserves the right to:
Refuse service or participation
Remove individuals from training for unsafe behavior
Cancel or reschedule training events
No refunds may be issued for removal due to unsafe conduct.
- Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:
Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
If a student cannot attend after that time, they may reschedule or complete the class within 60 days.
Failure to attend within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of the class registration.
NRD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, instructor availability, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
